Our website and client portal are operated using the BrandBase Web System provided by BrandEase. Certain features may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, advertising, or payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

5. Fees & Payments

Prices will be displayed at booking or communicated before services are provided. Applicable taxes may apply.
Payments may be processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment systems. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Reasonable fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments where disclosed.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as pet photos or notes) and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and support our services.
